Easiest car purchase I have ever made! Walked in with the required documents and down payment 30 minutes later drove off with with a great vehicle. No waiting around all day to get approved financing. Down payment and monthly payment are right there on the sticker. Mike was awesome at getting us into a vehicle that fits our needs and budget. I highly recommend a visit to Dale's Auto Sales in Huntsville if you are in the market for a used car. We were looking for a specific car and had visited multiple smaller dealerships in the Houston area that had advertised the type of corvette we wanted. We were never able to gain a comfort level with those dealerships. We drove from Galveston County to Huntsville to look at a Corvette advertised online by Dale's. Our family was immediately comfortable with the folks at the dealership. We were especially impressed with Russell Bates, the gentleman that sold us the car. We went on a Monday, drove the car, and made a verbal commitment to come back on Thursday with the money. They took us at our word and parked the car out of public sight and didn't even ask for a deposit. We returned on Thursday and purchased the car. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the car there was a mechanical malfunction. I contacted Russell and was not sure what to expect but they repaired the problem at their expense even though they didn't have to do anything. These are genuinely good honest people and the reason is clear why they have been in business close to 50 years. You don't find places like this much anymore and I highly recommend them.

Went in yesterday and bought a car from Dales. Best place I've been to in many many years for a car. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. After I picked out my car, the whole process took less than 30 min for me to sign what I needed to and be on my way. I've always hated buying a car due to the way most dealerships treat you. When I got there I noticed all the prices, down payments, and even monthly payments were posted on every car. Didn't have some swamp donkey running back and forth talking to some guy trying to get more money out of me. They told me what they could do, and then they did it, can't ask for anything better than that. Thanks again guys, you have a customer for life.
